It's called the first trimester screening (done around 11 weeks) and combines what is called a nuchal fold translucency test with the PPAP-A bloodwork. The nuchal fold test is an ultrasound to look at the back of the neck to measure the nuchal fold. The PPAP-A is kind of like the AFP test.
